18th Street Arts Center is holding its third major Pico Block Party community festival focused around youth artists and empowering youth voices. We would like to invite our local and extended community to this family-friendly artistic festival which will feature youth-led art-making workshops, performances, open studios with resident artists, exhibitions, food trucks, live music and other creative activities.
